SCAILE Technologies GmbH, Jungfrauenthal 8, 20149 Hamburg, registered at the Hamburg District Court under commercial register number HRB 191310 (hereinafter "SCAILE" or "Operator"), operates the digital platform accessible at hyperniche.ai (hereinafter "Platform"). "Users" refers to any natural or legal persons — including consumers and entrepreneurs — who access or use the Platform, including those commissioning paid services or requesting analyses via the Platform.
These General Terms and Conditions ("T&C") apply to all Users for registration on the Platform, its use, and all business transactions conducted through or in connection with the Platform. They also apply to future contracts, unless explicitly modified in writing at the time of conclusion.
By registering, the User confirms acceptance of these T&C, which can be accessed at any time via the designated link on the Platform. The contract text is stored by SCAILE; the contract language is German.
User terms of business do not apply unless explicitly accepted in writing by SCAILE. Reference to any such terms in communication does not imply acceptance.
